The Influence of Rotor Adjustment Parameters on the Dynamic Balance of a Scale-Model Rigid Variable Speed Rotor

In this paper, the dynamic balance of a rigid variable speed rotor is tested and analyzed. The vibration acceleration measured by analyzer instrumentations. adjustment parameters counterweight, pitch, trailing-edge flap are considered. amplitude phase 1 Ω analyzed through an all-phase fast Fourier transform. experiments conducted using two rotors with same geometry. accelerations fuselage in x, y, z directions measured. Through waterfall diagram auto-power spectrum, it found that imbalance causes obvious increase 2 acceleration. hub counterweight mainly lateral longitudinal disc plane, aerodynamic factors such as pitch affect vertical vibration. order to achieve for rotors, should be given highest priority results obtained from experiment may helpful toward reasonable designs helicopters.
